Bio
Charlotte von der Lancken, Industrial designer MA educated at Konstfack (2004) in Stockholm. Member of the design group Front until 2015 and since then has experience within RISE in biomaterial research and substitution. Today, Charlotte works under her own name with product and furniture design, with an emphasis on sustainability and materials.
During the years, she has been awarded a large number of awards and prizes, for example Torsten & Wanja Söderbergs Pris, A&W Magazine Designer of the Year, Elle Deco International Design Award, Wallpaper Magazine Design Awards, Guldstolen and Residence Magazine Designer of the Year.Charlotte's work is represented at, among others, MoMA, M+, National Museum, Röhsska Museum, Vitra Design Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum.
