Translucent wood Lamp
When lignin from wood is biodegraded, it will result in translucent wood. This was the starting point for the "Log Lamp", made in collaboration with material scientists at RISE. A hollow, carved out log, delignified to become translucent shows how a material, we recognize can have unexpected qualities.
